Ten days across the Swiss Alps and northern Italy. Ride the Eiger Express to Jungfraujoch, take the Ice Express chairlift at Glacier 3000, visit Chillon Castle, and shop Fox Town and Serravalle outlets. Two nights in Interlaken, two in Milan.

- Jungfraujoch at 3,454 meters. The cogwheel train from Lauterbrunnen climbs through rock tunnels, then you step onto the Sphinx terrace where the Aletsch Glacier stretches 23 kilometers below.
- Glacier 3000's suspension bridge sways 80 meters above nothing. The ice express chairlift gets you there, then the fun park sledding is where everyone realizes gloves were not optional.
- Two outlet mall days. Fox Town near the Italian border, then Serravalle outside Milan. The group splits between Prada discounts and finding the food court.
- Chillon Castle juts into Lake Geneva on stone pillars. The dungeon vaults are cool in July, and Byron carved his name into one of the columns in 1816.
- Seven breakfasts, mix of Chinese and Western meals. The supplier doesn't specify which dinners are fondue, but two nights in Interlaken usually means at least one cheese situation.
