- Stand at Gobustan's 40,000-year-old petroglyphs, then ride a Soviet UAZ to bubbling mud volcanoes that spit grey clay across the steppe.
- Make gutabs (Azerbaijani flatbread pockets) in a small cooking class. You'll crimp the edges wrong, the host will laugh, and you'll eat them anyway.
- Ride the cable car up to Narikala Fortress at sunset, where the Mtkvari River loops below and half of Tbilisi turns gold.
- Lake Sevan sits at 1,900 meters, so the air is thin and the water is shockingly cold. The group photo at the monastery always includes someone squinting into the wind.
- Ateshgah Temple burns natural gas from a fissure below. The flame's been going for centuries, and it still smells faintly of sulfur when you get close.

What is not included?
