- Boat into Wushan's Lesser Three Gorges, then switch to a traditional wooden boat for the Mini Three Gorges — the whole ride takes 4 hours through cliffside gorges and narrow waterways.
- Cable car up to the Three Gorges Summit Scenic Area in Fengjie, where the view stretches across the entire Yangtze bend from 1,300 meters above.
- Wanzhou grilled fish on night one, the whole fish split and roasted in chili oil, cured meats from the gorges, Yuanyang hotpot split spicy-and-mild for the table.
- Ride the Goddess Escalator down from Wuxia, a 150-meter descent through the mountain that cuts what used to be a 2-hour hike into 3 minutes.
