Overview
Seven days in Japan with one free day to roam. Ride the themed cat train to the招财猫 temple, take the Owakudani ropeway over volcanic vents, visit Mt Fuji's 5th station (weather permitting), and boat through Sawara's old canal town. Three nights based in Tokyo.

- Ride the Sangenjaya Cat Train to Gotokuji Temple, where hundreds of white maneki-neko statuettes cover the altar and spill onto shelves.
- Sleep one night in a Hakone hot-spring resort. Fuji is visible across Lake Ashi on clear mornings, which is about half the time.
- Pole down the Sawara canal on a wooden boat. The tour calls it Little Edo because the warehouses still have black tile roofs from the 1800s.
- Eat chanko hotpot, the protein-bomb stew sumo wrestlers eat to bulk. The grilled fish comes on the side, and someone at the table always orders seconds.
- One full free day in Tokyo. The tour leader posts a list of suggested spots but doesn't follow anyone. Most groups split: half hit Shibuya, half sleep in.

What is not included?

How do I pay?
A per-person deposit locks your seat. The amount depends on the trip. We send the number on WhatsApp. Bank transfer or FPX. Balance is due thirty days before departure.
Is travel insurance included?
A complimentary COVID-19 travel policy is included for passengers up to age 69. For more comprehensive coverage we recommend a separate policy and can suggest two or three.
