Nine days across Taiwan's central highlands and north. Sleep at the foot of Alishan for a pre-dawn railway ride to catch sunrise above the clouds. Sun Moon Lake by boat, Gaomei Wetlands at sunset, Fengchia Night Market, and three nights in Taipei's Beitou district.
